Since you have decided to open your heart and home to one/two of our puppies we want to give you lifetime breeder support from us. We are available at anytime to answer questions, give our best advice, referrals and do any research you may need help with.

A puppy of your choice may be held for you with a

                 $300.00 Non-Refundable deposit.

A licensed veterinarian must check the puppy within 1 week from the time of pick up, or otherwise noted. A copy of this vet visit must be sent to BellaBlueDanes within two weeks or our health guarantee is voided. NO EXCEPTIONS 

BellaBlueDanes guarantees puppy to be in good health at the time of pick up & UTD on all age appropriate shots and deworming, unless otherwise stated.

It is the Buyers responsibility to complete the puppy infant vaccination series and annual boosters, failure to do so, will make our guarantee void. BellaBlueDanes is not responsible for any accidents or bone growth problems that may happen after the puppy has left our premises.

BellaBlueDanes does not guarantee against hypoglycemia, ear mites, internal or external parasites including mange or fleas, cociddia or coccidiosis, acne, stress due to shipping or new home. Minor health issues that can be cured by medication, ie. worms, diarreah ect. are not covered. Puppies are susceptible to pneumonia and other infections due to drafts, cold temperature and stress from shipping etc. They are vulnerable to viral infections including Parvo and Corona virus. Any and all of the above mentioned Minor or Major problems need to be checked by a Veterinarian and advise for treatment should be followed.

BellaBlueDanes will not be responsible for accidents after buyer gains physical possession of puppy, once a puppy leaves BellaBlueDanes, all responsibilities of puppy are released. 

Genetic defects of puppies up to 12 months of age, ie. hip dysplasia, deafness, demodectic mange, heart murmur, etc are covered with a written licensed vet report to be sent to BellaBlueDanes before the puppy is 12 months of age. After 12 months of age the puppy is the buyers sole responsibilty. 

BellaBlueDanes has the right to request a written diagnosis from their own licensed veterinarian that is not affiliated with each other. I the ( Breeder ) have the right to request any and all information on treatments that are/were available, all veterinarian reports, findings and X-rays.

A replacement puppy of the same sex and color will be offered, if available. If there is no available puppy, then you may choose to wait for the next litter and have first pick. Buyer must however pay the shipping fee for the replacement puppy. If you choose not to except another puppy then you may pick a puppy that is available and BellaBlueDanes will retain said puppy and sell it for the buyer and forward the funds to the buyer. Funds forwarded to the you will only be the total amount that was paid for the original puppy in this contract, minus the shipping fee. 

This guarantee is non-transferable to future owners of the dog.

Under No circumstances are monetary refunds made.

If puppy dies within 72 hours of pickup/delivery you must have a necropsy performed (at buyers expense) by a state lab and provide BellaBlueDanes a copy of report.

There is no oral representation or warranties not contained herein. All implied guarantees are excluded.
